Can a domestic violence keep me from getting a job with bank of america?

The domestic violence charge is a class b misdemeanor and i received deferred adjudication in Jan 2006. I work with BofA as a contractor and i have the offer for full time but im afraid my past will have my fired when i submit my background. Anyone, please help. Thank You
