Does this outfit sound okay?

White shorts (cuffed and with holes) with a loose-fitting top from Forever21 that's black and navy blue wide stripes. Silver necklace and 2 or 3 silver bangles. Shoes: I have either black sandals with a lattice heel and a thong strap, or black sandals with two big rhinestones on the strap.. Which ones? I leave in like 15 minutes. Thanks!!! :)
