Is there any way I can petition for a tuition waiver for a master's program?

And just why do you think you're so special that you should be entitled to have your tuition waived instead of having to get loans/scholarships/grants like the rest of us? You're obviously not setting the world on fire with your work or you'd have funding, so why do you think you're a big deal?
