Can someone identify this cartoon movie?

It was about a little girl loosing her puppy and the puppy ended up in the woods meeting bunnies. And later in the movie there was a big flood that almost putted them in danger. And I also remember one of the tough bunnies were getting chased by a bird? anddd at the end the puppy found his way home.
