In metallic bonding, what does it mean by 'metals can flow under their weight'?

I'm an A levels student and this came up while I was studying Chemical Bonds. It talks about a sea of electrons that move around to change lattice structure due to which metals are malleable BUT right after that it says this (question above) with an example of lead. Please explain if you know what it means.
