I recently applied to GMU as a transfer student but basically got deferred because i dont have a math class?

they know i was going to finish them in the summer with my associates btw i am in community college, but still deferred me, i have a great gpa so im confused as to why they did that. Can anyone give me information on being deferred and whether its a rejection, should i still consider applying again? this will be my third time.
