How to wash a car seat after a flood?

I had a minor flood this past weekend that flooded my car. The water level got up to about my seats but not over them, however the sponge has absorbed the water. If I take the front seats out can I wash them to get the nasty water smell out? If so what would be the best practice, Thanks

Technical traffic ticket question(Washington state)?

okay, so in July 2010, I got a negligent driving ticket for speeding and I took it to court and it was eventually deferred in late August. The deferral means that I can't so much as get a traffic infraction within 12 months of the date of deferral (late august 2010). However, today (5/13/2011), yes thats friday the 13th, I got an infraction for going 60 in a 45. So basically in my view im totally screwed: $144 dollar ticket plus the deferred ticket comes back right? So were looking at a $700 ticket. Now my question is, if i mitigate this ticket and ask for the court date to be pushed back until september, will the deferral from august 2010 still be valid? Will the infraction be set by the court day that it is settled or the day the cop gave it to me? Also, is it possible to pay off a ticket with community service work?

The training program for plumber is usually shorter as opposed to electrician's program. Companies do hire final stage apprentices for them to complete their license requirement.

How can I get my ticket off my record?

I'm 18 years old from Washington State and I just had my first accident last week. I rear ended the car in front of me and I got a ticket for following too close. How can I keep this ticket off my record? If I get it deferred does it stay off my record or do I have to take a class or something?
