How to lower blood pressure in short amount of time?

i donated plasma today and if my blood pressure was just 1 point higher i would have been deferred from donating to day i was lucky....i had taking meds to help lower blood pressure bout hour before i donated it was still high i need to make my Second donation so that i can afford the rent Second time pay is double so i have 2 more days to lower my blood pressure long enough to pass that part of the screening please help
