Weight lifting question?

I take animal pack vitamins in the morning right when i wake, then drink my pre lift N.O. (white flood). While lifting i drink Size On and then whey protein directly towards end of lift. After this I drink nlarge high protein weight gainer about 15 minutes after lift is completed. Is this a good thing to do? Ive noticed my strength has gone up a little. Im 32 years old 6'2" and 197 lbs and really just started lifting hardcore in the last 3 or 4 months. Thank you
