What is the quickiest growing climbing rose? ?

I was wondering if anyone could help me I want a nice climbing rose to block out the neighbours view of my garden as I have a low garden fence and gate next to my house The ideal thing would be a climbing rose over lattice work but I'm not sure how long this would take to reach a good height and what type is best for this.I hope someone can help me thanks
