Why don't the masses realise that haarp is what is causing severe weather and natural disasters?

Global warming is a hoax. The real reason for our crazy weather and numerous natural disasters is the dreaded haarp program. Haarp is a program that allows scientists to heat the ionosphere and raise it's ceiling, effecting weather and giving them the ability to cause floods, earth quakes, drought, and other phenomenon. Haarp beams heat the top layers of the atmosphere, causing the auoraborealis effect (northern lights). These lights were captured minutes b4 China's major earth quake a couple years ago (You tube it). Western bankers have threatened Japan and China with eco-terrorism, and now we know why our weather is so strange.
